Let’s Find the Solution to Treat Your Pain

You can count on our physicians to properly diagnose and treat your pain. With a wide variety of treatment plans, we will get to the source of your pain and help you get back on the path to optimal health.

Active Rehab

Active Rehab is the use of specific stretching and/or strengthening exercise programs to help the patient return to their daily lives, and minimize the recurrence of their condition.

Kinesio-Tape (Rock Tape)

Rock Tape is a therapeutic tape that is placed directly on the skin and left over several days. This tape can be used to treat various soft tissue injuries, including edema, pain, and bruising. It can increase blood flow to the injured area, it causes mechanical stimulation, and allows for better glide and movement of tissue it is applied to.

Therapeutic Ultrasound

This therapy uses sound waves to speed up the healing process and to improve the quality of tissue repair. It also has a thermal property that allows heat to penetrate deeper tissues.

Chiropractic Adjustment

A chiropractic adjustment puts motion into the spine and any other joints to help them move properly. It helps decrease pain, while improving range of motion and improving proprioception (your body’s ability to sense movement, action, and location).

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS)

EMA uses electrical stimulation to decrease pain by overriding painful stimuli. It can also be used to create muscle contractions to help minimize muscle atrophy.

Ultrasound

An ultrasound can diagnose the causes of pain, swelling and infection in the body’s internal organs and to examine an unborn child (fetus) in pregnant women.

Ice/ Heat Therapy

Ice is used to decrease swelling in the first few hours after an injury. Heat is used to increase blood flow to the injured area which can improve the healing process.

IASTM - Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization

This treatment uses a special tool to mobilize soft tissue. It is mainly used to break up myofascial adhesions and break up scar tissue formation.

RockTape

RockTape is a fabric created to stretch in one way, not the other. This creates a bio-mechanical lifting mechanism that lifts the skin away from the soft tissue underneath, which allows more blood to move into an injured area to accelerate healing and recovery.

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy uses powerful water jets to decrease muscle tension and decrease muscle pains.

IASTM - Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization

This treatment uses specially designed instruments to provide a mobilizing effect to scar tissue and myofascial adhesions.

Mechanical Traction

This is a non-invasive decompression therapy that relieves pressure on the spine and alleviates pain.
